“Support that goes the extra mile”
Our registration team ran into something the platform doesn't currently support (adding note details to a calendar entry through the registration confirmation email). The support team was very helpful, sharing tips on how to explain this to registrants and assuring us it would be flagged for their development team to consider in the future. Overall, we're very satisfied with Corsizio and its customer service.

As mentioned, we raised an issue about adding event notes to calendar entries for Google, iOS, Outlook, and so on.

“Corsizio saves the day for us!”
The biggest benefits for us are the time we get back by letting Corsizio run enrollment, how easy it is for students and admins alike, and how seamlessly it embeds in our website. We simply couldn't do without it!

I'm so glad I found Corsizio. Managing courses and enrollment used to be tedious and time-consuming, and it has streamlined all of it, making it very easy to manage. Enrolling in our courses has also become much simpler for students. My favorite feature is scheduling 'memos' (emails) to go out to every enrolled student at set times, with a record of each message kept with the course. It works almost like a CRM for us. I'd encourage everyone to learn the markdown formatting tools, which unlock a lot more customization in places. Everything about Corsizio, right down to the emails our students receive, looks polished and reflects well on us! We could never go back to how we handled enrollment before.

Our old setup took too many clicks for one simple task: enrolling in a course. It also opened a separate payment window, which confused people, whereas Corsizio keeps everything on one enrollment page. The old reporting was inconvenient and hard to understand. We moved over from WordPress.

We'd love to be able to add an already-enrolled student to other courses or events with a click or two from their profile. Right now, we open a second admin window, go to the other class's enrollment form, and copy and paste the student's details from the original screen. Transferring a student between events is already very easy, and something similar for adding a student to a series of events by hand would be a big help.

“Our Corsizio review”
A straightforward system for delegates to use, with fewer abandoned bookings. A great system for card payments. We picked Corsizio because you pay per use instead of a monthly fee.

The owner of EventHQ, which we used before, wasn't fully invested in the product at the time. There were some flaws in the code, with some delegates receiving other people's invoices. It wasn't always reliable, so we were looking for an alternative, and it had lots of abandoned bookings.

For offline payments, it would help if the software could automatically fill in an invoice template, since many larger organisations booking several staff on a course need invoices rather than just a confirmation and a payment link.

“Customer service that really delivers!”
Corsizio makes scheduling, posting, organizing, billing, and refunding our courses — really everything to do with our classes and events — so easy, and it all looks so professional. Whenever I've had a question or a problem, someone has gotten back to me very quickly. You all rock!!

“A great solution for managing class registrations”
Corsizio has been excellent for us. Since making the move, we've saved money, time, and energy managing class registrations, and spared our class administrators a lot of grey hair. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable yet powerful online class registration system.

Corsizio is extremely simple to configure and run, and we were live in about two days. The admin menus and settings are intuitive, with enough control to customize the platform the way you want without so many options that it gets overwhelming. Adding classes and people, moving people between classes, handing out coupons, giving refunds, charging credit cards, and all the other class registration admin is very easy. Their support, both personal and online, is excellent, and the pricing is incredibly fair.
Why they chose Corsizio
A combination of features, pricing, and usability. Arlo is powerful, but it's very expensive and complicated, and it became more of a burden than a help. Corsizio offered many of the same features in a much simpler, more user-friendly package, for a tenth of the price. We also looked at RegFox, Eventbrite, CourseStorm, and Regpack.

For class descriptions and emails, a visual (WYSIWYG) editor would help, since learning and using markdown is a bit cumbersome. It would also help if Corsizio worked with payment providers other than Stripe.

One big missing feature is an open payment field where the registrant can ENTER THEIR OWN AMOUNT — for example, for sliding-scale courses or when people can choose what to pay. That would be very helpful.

I enjoy the record keeping (no more stacks of paper) and cloning classes, since we repeat the same classes every month. The people customizing our setup have done a good job, and our members have lots of features at their disposal. Tech support has always been quick and very responsive whenever I've needed them.

One thing I'd like is for non-members who register as guests to be placed on a waitlist automatically. I've had to create a duplicate class for guests (as a waitlist) and move guest registrations there, which means watching registrations and quickly shifting them into the main class once a spot frees up. I realize our guest setup is unique to us, so for now this workaround is what we have.

“Excellent product, support, and features all round!”
A number of my clients have businesses needing event management, classroom courses, and online training. Corsizio gives them one complete solution that has made event management, online sales, and promotion through websites and social media much smoother.

It gets the job done! For selling and registering classroom and online courses, Corsizio's event management is among the strongest I've seen. It's priced very fairly for its market, making it a great choice for non-profits, small businesses, and start-ups, with lots of room to grow.
Why they chose Corsizio
Price, features, organization, and the depth of its event management, plus API integrations (Stripe, Mailchimp, webhooks, custom event displays on client websites, and more). Adobe Business Catalyst was reaching end of life in 2021. It was also a dated product that needed custom web app development to provide all the event management functions we required (CRM, payment gateway, autoresponders, etc.). Corsizio has turned out to be a carefully designed replacement that covers all of that in one place. Everything is neatly organized, very thorough, and mostly intuitive, so there's little to learn.
Other comments
Certificates are a nice extra, but they aren't flexible enough in content or layout for my clients' needs, such as state or board transcript requirements. So we make our own with a mail merge from each course's CSV export.

It lets you customize sign-ups and easily track registrations, payments, feedback, and more. I love all the features, including setting a maximum or minimum number of sign-ups, the waiting list, and customizable form fields! Corsizio helps us stay so organized!

I wish Corsizio could show or hide categories selectively. For example, I'd like to prepare some categories for the future without them appearing publicly yet. Being able to 'unpublish' a whole category, not just individual events, would be great. I also wish you could view the whole class or event roster without downloading it. Having a list of all participants available right on the platform would make it easier to, for example, copy and paste all email addresses to share with the instructor.

“Just right for registering people in our e-learning”
Registrations used to mean emailing PDFs back and forth. Now Corsizio lets us send automated messages to attendees and builds a spreadsheet with all the information we need. It saves us heaps of time and has made registration much smoother for our admin team and participants alike.

The automatic waitlist is great! The portal site looks clean, and I like that the portal, details page, or registration form can each be shared in several ways. I've contacted support a handful of times, and they're quick to reply.

Many products that billed themselves as 'registration' software turned out to be form builders. The pay-per-use billing is also great for us, since we have very busy periods when we use Corsizio constantly and other months when we barely use it.

Markdown formatting can be a hassle. Events spanning several days also cause trouble — they appear incorrectly in participants' calendars, which can confuse people before and after they register. Replacing the Corsizio branding with our own would also be nice.

Corsizio is a Canadian company, it seemed designed with an academy like ours in mind, and it'll grow with our long-term expansion plans. It was simply a better fit for the academy than Picatic, which we used before.

Corsizio supported multiple users at a reasonable price. Setup was easy, and it looked like the best match for both our classroom and e-learning bookings. Eventbrite wasn't meeting our needs because it wasn't as flexible.

A few features would have made life even easier, but the Corsizio team helped us work around them. Our biggest frustration is VAT handling. We'd prefer to show our prices including VAT and make that clear, so students know exactly what they'll pay for our courses and events.

“No more headaches”
My whole team and I find it extremely easy to use. Registration, tracking, and attendee communication all feel easy and intuitive. It's spared us so many hours and headaches. It's the third registration system we've used, and it's light years ahead of the first two.
