“An excellent fit for running dance studio classes and workshops”
The software is very simple to pick up, and it handles everything I need as the owner of a small dance studio. Having payments run through Stripe gives me a lot of peace of mind.

How quickly I was able to learn it, and how it covers every part of running classes at a small studio. The Stripe integration makes me feel confident about payments.
Why they chose Corsizio
Corsizio is simply the better tool for us. It's built for managing classes and workshops, while Invoice2go is a general invoicing app that doesn't suit a dance studio and doesn't connect with Google Forms. We moved over from using Google Forms together with Invoice2go.

Not much at all. I've been using it for over two years, and once I got to know where each setting lives, everything just clicked.

“So adaptable!”
Loads of features we can tailor to our needs, and the pricing is fair. The guided setup takes you through every step of creating an event, and whenever we've reached out with questions, the team has gotten back to us quickly. I'd definitely recommend it!

We chose it for the price, the flexible features, and how easy it is to use. We had been on Eventbrite before but found it difficult to navigate, uninspiring, and behind the times. We also looked at Doodle.

“More capability and efficiency than ever!”
Still loving it! Being able to set things individually, like the email response templates for each event, lets us give every event its own personal touch. We keep finding more of these options to explore.

Our use of Corsizio keeps expanding as we discover new ways to fit it to the needs of each workshop and event. Setting up a new event, or cloning and adjusting a past one, is quick and simple. It has really increased what our organisation can do and how efficiently we do it.

The cap of 20 memos per event. We now run our yearly membership programme through it as well, so we have to be selective about which notices go out as memos.

“Still the best tool for the job!”
I rely on Corsizio every day to schedule and manage training sessions and events for faculty at our university. In my view it's still the best option out there for what we need. We don't want endless extras — we want something dependable that's easy to run and maintain, and Corsizio delivers on every one of our registration needs.

It remains the simplest and most user-friendly event registration tool available. Our university has relied on it since 2017 for faculty training sessions and events, and we've never felt the need to look for anything else.

I'd love a way to run a multi-day series with different topics on different dates and times as a single event. Unless there's a workaround I haven't found, each one needs its own event today. Pulling data across many events still feels a bit clunky, and it would be nice if registrants could access their own data. Even with these, it's easily the best event registration tool we've used.

“An absolute must-have”
Really fantastic software all around. It was quick and simple to learn. The AI assistant goes into a lot of depth, the sample demo data helped, and getting our account set up was smooth. And the price — honestly, you can't beat it!

A few smaller features are missing, like customizable feedback forms and a customizable homepage, plus a smoother way to register for several events at once.

“The top registration platform for small education non-profits”
We're a tiny, local, volunteer-run non-profit offering adult education. Part of our mission is keeping engaging learning opportunities available at very low cost. When our previous registration platform switched pricing models, it was no longer affordable for us. Luckily we came across Corsizio, which will save us a lot of money and actually gives us more functionality too. I can't say enough good things about it (as you can probably tell!).

Cost: low prices, with a pricing model based on the number of registrations. Website: setting up and maintaining courses is very intuitive, even for beginners, and the online help is excellent. Payments: handled through Stripe.
Why they chose Corsizio
We could no longer afford CourseStorm after they changed their pricing, so we moved over to Corsizio.

At first we were a bit worried about the lack of live tech support, but the online help is so thorough that we've never actually needed to contact anyone. It would be nice to post messages on the Corsizio home page and to have more control over colors, fonts, and so on.

A fantastic platform that's genuinely simple to work with. I get all the numbers I need, and keeping tabs on everything takes no effort. Compared to Square, which I used before, there's simply no contest.

It's easy to use and to manage workshops, easy to keep track of everything, and if a class needs to be cancelled, refunding customers is simple.

Another clay studio recommended it to us. We had been using Square Point of Sale, but its reporting wasn't efficient for us. We also considered Microsoft Bookings and Weebly.

Two small drawbacks come to mind. The landing page customers see looks a bit plain and generic. I also wish I could create one workshop and just add multiple dates to it, rather than cloning it for each date — though that's not a big deal.

We moved over from Bookeo, and we're not looking back.

Simple to set up and customize. It's very dependable, and customers find the online registration forms easy to complete. Being able to set our own divisions, categories, and levels makes it really intuitive to embed specific courses on specific pages of our website.

It was easier to use and better priced than the others we compared, including RegFox. The Zapier integration also lets us cover things Corsizio doesn't do on its own. We switched from Bookeo.

Syncing with Google Calendar and conditional logic on registration forms would both be very useful.

It would be great to offer classes with monthly payments rather than only one-off sessions or events. It would also help to be able to push new custom fields into existing events, instead of updating each one individually every time something changes.

Being able to build and customize forms for what we need. The website layout, navigation, and help resources are very good. It's fairly intuitive, so there wasn't much training needed. The Corsizio support team is excellent and quick to respond.

We had been using Member Solutions, but it had become stale and outdated and no longer met our needs. Their support had slipped over the past year, and costs kept going up. We also wanted to move to a Canadian company.

Our team needed some trial and error, plus a hand from the Corsizio support team, before we fully understood the forms we'd built. The reporting also goes deeper than we really need, which isn't a flaw so much as a preference on our side.

“A smooth, professional platform that saves me so much time!”
I've been running my online professional training courses on Corsizio for close to two and a half years, and it's been a very positive experience. It gives me back hours every week, which I'm truly thankful for. Things run so smoothly that I seldom have to contact the team, and on the rare occasions I do, their speed and professionalism always stand out.

Corsizio is intuitive and dependable. It handles the many complicated parts of running classes — scheduling, invoicing, reminders, and follow-ups with attendees — without any fuss. The public-facing pages are modern and easy to browse, and I think that's helped increase registrations for my courses.

Better value and a better interface, plus a friend who uses Corsizio recommended it. I also looked at Calendly, Google Workspace, Cvent, Zoom Events, Eventbrite, and RSVPify.

I moved to Corsizio for its Zapier integration, and it hasn't let me down. I recommend it to others whenever I can.

Corsizio is simple to use for many different kinds of classes and events. It's well designed, and the process for cancellations and refunds is solid, which helps avoid issues like chargebacks. The Zapier integration lets us automate things whenever someone registers. The support team responds quickly and really knows the product.

The fields for collecting registrant details are a bit rigid. First, title and organization have to be set up as custom fields when they should be standard fields you can turn on or off. Second, the name is a single full-name field, and Corsizio always treats the first word as the first name, which breaks name tags for people with two-word first names (like Mary Ann). Separate first and last name fields would be better.

“The best one I've used — a great product”
I've listed my classes on a few different systems, like Eventbrite and Square. None of them came close to what you need to make a setup like this work. This one took every complaint I had about the other platforms and turned it into something that works really well.

We've really enjoyed using Corsizio. Our guests haven't had any trouble finding their way around, which is a big win! Technical support has been excellent the few times I've actually needed them (since the system just works).

Being web based, it's simple to find your way around. The event 'cloning' feature is a favorite of mine, since it makes duplicating an event fast and painless.

How easy it is! It truly covers everything: quick setup, clear overviews, useful downloads, and it consistently hands us exactly what we need to move ahead. It's an all-in-one solution for the roughly 30 trainings we deliver each year.

What's missing is the option to automatically send a professional-looking certificate once I change an attendee's status to Attended. That would save us a lot more time. The current certificate template doesn't look very professional.
