“An excellent program for our events”
It saves so much time. Checking in big groups with the QR code is wonderful. The memo feature for adding a survey link, along with the feedback option, is easy to use, and reports print easily.

“Great for what we need”
Easy to use, free for fewer than 50 sign-ups, and low priced after that. A simple interface and a custom domain. Reminders can be set up, and payment options are available on the site.

None that I can think of. Billing is done in Canada, so there's a small international transaction fee.

“Easy to use, with a very responsive development team”
Our online education program needed a way to take registrations online, and Corsizio has turned out to be fantastic. It lets me easily gather feedback and issue completion certificates to participants. Love it!

I once gave feedback about a feature I wasn't happy with, and they'd changed it within a week. AMAZING! In 17 years of working in professional learning, I've used dozens of systems and have never seen a development team care so much about whether I'm happy with the product. I'm so pleased.
Why they chose Corsizio
We use Canvas as our LMS, but its catalog registration add-on was expensive by comparison. Corsizio offered every feature I wanted for a much more reasonable price. Highly recommend! We also looked at CourseStorm.

The only downside is that I can't easily offer courses with open enrollment (without set start and end dates), and it doesn't connect directly to my LMS. I'd also love to be able to customize the feedback questions.

“A great match for our school holiday sports camp”
It's early days since I've only just started using it, but so far it's working well — thank you.

It's easy to use, with plenty of guidance whenever I had questions. Setting up payments was easy. Once people started registering, the attendee list was really clear, and if mistakes were made, they're easy to fix with the edit option. It's very easy for parents to register their children. I suggested a change to the form, and Corsizio put it in place very quickly — a great sign that they're willing to keep improving. There's no charge for small users (up to 50 registrations), with paid options once registrations increase, which is fair.

Since the attendees are children and a parent fills out the form, I'd like a way to clarify whose name belongs in the built-in fields, as I don't think these can be edited. It would be great if people signing up for several events could 'add to cart', but we've managed with separate payments.

“Recommended for managing classes and events”
Functionality: it fits our needs for online class and event registration, communicating with participants, and working alongside our existing public website. It lets our small team get more done managing registrations and staying in touch with participants. Affordable: the pricing is unbeatable. As a small operation, we keep more of our event revenue and don't have to pass registration fees on to our customers. That's huge. Support: the support staff have been very responsive with small fixes, how-to questions, and even feature suggestions. API: we use the API lightly to pull data for some back-office tasks.

“One very happy customer”
It's been excellent. Publishing my classes is easy thanks to an intuitive interface, and I can run coupons and early bird discounts or offer course materials and other products as add-ons.

I love that I can put the calendar page in an iframe on my website and show my classes alongside my logos, menus, and other content. Support replies are fast and on point, from someone who actually knows and understands the software. Every year I also put on a few free public service classes and events, which cost me a lot to run, and Corsizio lets me publish those free events at no charge, which is very helpful.

Price, free events, the credit card processing integration, how easy and customizable it is, support that answered my questions quickly, being able to create an event and hide or show it as needed, and the ability to include add-ons.

I can never remember how CORSIZIO is spelled, so when it's not bookmarked, I end up searching for it by sound. That's on me, not them — it's a truly great product.

“Lightweight, easy to use, and beautiful”
We use Corsizio for booking our courses, and people can pay either online or on the day. It basically handles all the admin for our photography courses from A to Z, and we pay almost nothing.

For us, it offers just the right amount of customization while staying simple and beautiful. It's great value, and when we ran into an issue, support responded quickly and helpfully. Just give it a try — chances are it'll work great for you too.

Honestly, we're very happy, since we want to keep the admin side of our business as light as possible. But if you need heavy customization, or elaborate user logins and databases, you may find Corsizio doesn't cover everything.

“It rescued our event registrations!”
Our previous event registration tool was very clunky, and everything took ages. It has transformed things for us! Our whole team can now handle registrations, create events, add or cancel participants, and more. It's great that each of us has our own login too.

For event registration, this is the most intuitive and user-friendly FREE option out there. Our faculty use it to register for around 60 trainings and workshops a year. You can customize a lot, from the sign-up options through to the confirmation email. And once you pass 100 registrants and need to pay, the cost is tiny and absolutely worth it. A highlight for us is embedding both our event list and the registration form directly into our website. Letting people cancel on their own, which was recently added, is another great touch. Each training can list its instructors, and every instructor can write their own bio. Separate logins for every team member are fantastic too.

There's very little I'd change, and it has transformed how we handle event registrations. My one request would be a way to sort events into categories (so faculty can search more easily and we can manage them more easily).

“Far better than our previous ticketing provider, at a fraction of the cost”
Before this, we relied on Eventbrite. By comparison it's very expensive, looks unappealing, promotes rival events right on your booking pages, and makes checkout confusing. Two other providers I'd tried hadn't worked out either, and my partner, who had run bookings and billing on Eventbrite for years, really didn't want to switch. Still, I took the plunge and tried a small test event on Corsizio, and its simplicity and clean design won me over, so I moved every event across, current and future. After years of running events, I'm a demanding user and spotted one or two small niggles, yet the team responded fast and was extremely helpful. After a few adjustments on our side, my partner's back-office routine is now smoother than it ever was. We're both really pleased, and our events are earning more than before!

Clean layouts, carefully designed features, and it slots easily into our websites. Card payments also go through Stripe instead of PayPal, which charged more and was confusing, since it pushes its own marketing during checkout.

Exporting registration data into our office systems was tricky at first, BUT the company listened to my feedback and acted on one of my suggestions the very next day, so it's no longer an issue.

“Perfect — it does everything I need!”
I needed an affordable booking system for my art workshops (my budget is tiny) to replace an unruly paper system. Corsizio turned out to be perfect, and it's clearly been built by people who know how small businesses take bookings — every function I could want is there, without paying a fortune for it. Corsizio isn't just slightly better than the others — it's in a different league. Anyone running a tiny one-person business like mine should give it a try.

My husband spent far too long testing workshop booking apps and was getting really frustrated before he found Corsizio. Thank goodness — at last, an app that's about as close to perfect for us as we could imagine.

“Easy, free for free events, feature-complete, and backed by great support”
I'm in charge of technology training at my company, which means lots of internal sessions and a need to keep simple track of who's attending each one. I looked into lots of options and settled on Corsizio for a few reasons: - It's cleanly laid out and logical - Signing up is very easy for participants - There's no charge for free events - Confirmations, reminders, and feedback requests all go out automatically - It isn't weighed down with features I'd never use, since my trainings are all internal Once I got going, I also came to appreciate: - Exporting registration data - Cloning events - Great customer support — my questions always get a genuinely helpful answer within a couple of hours - Giving teammates their own logins with different permission levels - One custom web address that covers every training session I run

I don't have any major complaints. There are always small things, such as wishing I could shut registration off with one click rather than setting a closing date and time. But nothing important.

“An incredibly high-quality registration system, perfect for higher ed events”
Plenty of ways to customize, including the look and feel, the terminology, and custom fields, and you can turn off the payment options. The team answers support questions (and feature requests) quickly. People registering never have to make an 'account' (so there are no user accounts to manage, which I count as a plus).

There's no way (yet) for attendees to cancel their own registration. Customization of the top banner area is limited. It can only connect to Stripe, which isn't an option for our university.

“The top event registration tool in higher education!”
Signing faculty up for trainings across campus used to be a headache, and this product has made it painless. Creating, managing, and cancelling trainings and participants is easy. I'd highly recommend it. In fact, other departments on campus have started switching to Corsizio too.

Other event registration tools we tested didn't quite fit what our university needed. When we came across Corsizio, we could tell immediately it would make training sign-ups easy for our faculty! Participants don't need to create accounts, managing participants is easy (adding, removing, cancelling registrations), it issues certificates automatically or manually, and you can adjust the event wording and include images and videos. The usability overall is outstanding! Best of all, Corsizio is currently free (except when taking payments)! Honestly, we'd pay to use it — it's that great!

My only complaint is that every event has to have a specific date. For example, we like our faculty to register for online trainings, but these are open-ended and usually don't have an exact date. An option for open-ended events with no set date would be great. It would also be nice if it integrated with our Canvas LMS, though that's not necessary. Other than that, there are really no cons!

“Wonderful all round, from usability to support!”
Our sales revenue has grown since we switched to Corsizio from another (better-known) event management provider. It has also turned out to be far more useful within the business, meeting more of our needs and cutting our course administration down considerably.

The software is great — intuitive and simple to use. And on top of that, the customer service has been excellent. We've made suggestions we thought would help how we use it, and very often they've been acted on and then rolled out to all users — from colour-coding courses to (sneak preview) a printer-friendly version of upcoming courses.

The one thing I've struggled to get my head around is booking multiple delegates. It works well through the related delegate option, but I haven't tried it from the user's side to see how payment works. That said, as a training provider we haven't had any problems receiving payments from organisations booking several delegates, so it's likely just a gap in my own understanding of the buyer's side.

The only thing I don't like is how the interface handles images for my logo and class photos. It distorts the image, even when I resize it to the specified dimensions.

“An easy answer to a tricky problem”
It fits our needs perfectly. We had started building a very complicated class selection tool ourselves when Corsizio came along. We've asked for help a few times getting it set up and have had top-notch customer service throughout.

“Everything simply works”
Our annual conference ran very well on it. I only rated ease of use a 4 because new features appeared while we were using it, and it took me a couple of minutes to find my way again. Quality: never had a problem. Features and functionality: did all I needed, and then some. Support: very helpful in getting me started and oriented. Value: worth every penny. I'll use it again and would absolutely recommend it to others. My advice: I had a straightforward two-day event where I needed to collect registrations and payments. It got a bit more complex because we collected purchase orders as well as credit cards, but support helped me sort it out. Should you need them, they're very good, responsive, and thorough in their answers. I can't remember the last time my expectations were exceeded like that.

“A great tool at a small price”
We just started using Corsizio as our registration tool, and it's working amazingly well. Compared to other tools, it's much cheaper, thanks to offline payments being free and a low fee on online payments, and it offers more. The support is amazing — they answer my emails quickly and solve my problems even faster. Highly recommended!

“My favourite pay-per-registration software by far”
I really love this registration software. It's great for beginners and more advanced users alike. Lots of features and a beautiful yet simple interface. Running yoga music courses is only a part-time gig for me — by day I work in software QA and come across plenty of poor interfaces, and this is so refreshing!! The best part is that you pay per registration rather than a monthly fee, which is great if you only run courses now and then like me. :-) Future versions could do more to work well on mobile screens. My advice: it's a lovely piece of software. Software rarely excites me, but I think this one has legs. :-) I think it'll be big as word gets out. Canadians seem to have a knack for scheduling, booking, and registration software, since my other favourite booking tool is Canadian too.

Corsizio offers both a leading-edge product and the best support anyone could hope for. Whenever we've asked, they've quickly made changes, big and small, that improved things for us and will help everyone who comes after us. Honestly, 'customers' isn't the right word — 'collaborators' fits better, because Corsizio feels like an extension of our team rather than a supplier. For anyone who needs an affordable, efficient online way to register people for events of any size, Corsizio is the answer. We demoed several larger platforms, and none of them matched what the Corsizio team has created! You'd be doing yourself a favour by giving them a look.

“Every teacher could use this tool”
Booking lessons with my students and getting paid for them is very easy with Corsizio. Customer service is also amazing — the Corsizio team has been helpful and quick to respond whenever I've had a question. My advice: I teach full courses of 12 to 16 classes each. As I add each class to the calendar, I wish there were a way to link all 12 so that when a student registers for the course (or the first class), they're signed up for all of them at once, rather than them or me registering for each class in turn. It's only a small thing, though, and it really doesn't bother me.
