Easy to use. It ticks so many of the boxes we need for registration. We wanted a user-friendly system that handled everything from enrollment and payment to communication and more, and for the most part, this does the job.

1. It isn't a shopping cart. We understand why, but it still frustrates many of our families, particularly at summer camp time. 2. Every class needs an end date, which confuses people signing up for classes that just keep going. 3. Classes with several dates each need their own description, rather than one description with multiple dates. I've tried the non-consecutive dates feature with a date and time choice on the form, but the reminders then give everyone the same start date rather than the one they chose. So we keep them separate to avoid confusing people.

I've asked about adjusting the font size and spacing of our event dates, which usually span four weekends, and I'm still waiting to hear back. I realize most of your customers probably run one- or two-day events, where people don't sign up for the wrong day or time the way ours sometimes do.

“Helpful registration software that respects our budget”
Overall, our experience was excellent. Customer service responded very quickly whenever we had questions. We plan to keep using it in the coming years.

The pay-as-you-go model was a big draw for us. It's the key reason we picked Corsizio over programs with a fixed monthly fee, since nearly all of our registrations come in September and January. The waiting list, which updates automatically when someone cancels, is also very helpful. Adding other users as 'viewers' was handy too, letting our tutors see who registered for their group without being able to edit anything. And it was great that students didn't need to create a Corsizio account to register for a study group — just their name and email address.

An option to limit how long the waiting list can get would be nice. As it was, we kept an eye on waiting lists ourselves and closed registration when they grew too long (since each extra student on a waiting list costs the account $0.10).

Corsizio was fairly easy to set up and definitely intuitive, and it has some great features that help my small business run online learning events.

It doesn't support online learning events very well. I'd love better handling of webinar or meeting links, beyond using memos to share them, or simpler (automated) emails telling registrants what to do next. I'd also love integration with Thinkific for smoother functionality between the two (or one product that covers everything I need well).

The one thing I might have liked is grouping offerings into separate lists, so each page of our website could display its own set of events. Corsizio support told me it's possible with some creative workarounds, but it isn't simple. It would be nice, but it may not matter to many users, so I understand why it isn't a feature.

“Easy to use and great value”
We're a senior living community with a new lifelong learning program, and we needed software to run it. Since the program was new, we had a small budget and weren't sure how quickly it would grow. This software was perfect because the cost grows as you do. It's user friendly and has lots of nice features, like automatic class reminder emails where you can include a Zoom link, plus participant feedback that can be shared with the instructor. We're very happy with Corsizio!

It would help to have every participant's email address stored in one spot for mailings, rather than merging the CSV exports from each event. We send out a flyer each semester for our learning program, so one de-duplicated list of emails would be very useful.

When the pandemic moved our little senior center online, we were swamped trying to manage all our Zoom classes. After a lot of research, Corsizio stood out clearly: feature-rich yet simple, with plenty of clear tutorials and a help team that responds quickly. Our seniors are giving it good reviews too. Best of all, we embedded Corsizio in our website with the HTML code option, so it looks like part of our own site.

“A great way to sell courses online”
My first search for software was while I worked at a language school running lots of classes at different levels. Most students were registered by hand and invoiced, but collecting payment on time was hard work, and some students didn't show up and felt they didn't need to pay. Corsizio solved all our main concerns. Students could choose a course right on our website and pay by credit card when enrolling. We could set a maximum number of places for each course, and the software showed when a class was full or had only a few places left. We could then easily pull lists of participants with their details for each course. Later, after launching my own company with courses on team building and the workplace environment, I set up Corsizio again. It's a fantastic way to sell spots in events and courses online and get paid. It's also very easy to refund someone or sign people up for free.

Customer service and development are excellent, and they quickly added some new features we asked for early on! It's a real pleasure dealing with a company that aims for the highest quality and actually listens to its customers. It has all the features needed to sell courses online, it's easy to use and customize, and the price per customer is surprisingly reasonable.

I researched extensively before settling on Corsizio, though I no longer remember what the other programs were called. Corsizio was by far the most appealing, for its personal customer service, its features, and its cost.

The only thing that would make it a little easier for us is being able to change the standard phrases, like on the sign-up form, to Swedish. It's never really caused problems, apart from a few clients calling to ask whether the courses will also be taught in English.

“Corsizio: I really love it for pre-planned events”
I use it to manage bookings for training. It's at its best for events I plan ahead and then sell to one customer or several. It's not quite as good when I have open time and a range of training services I could offer in that time, some with extra options — for example, I'm free all day Friday and offer several services of different lengths, and some of those can be lengthened or paired with equipment. A few colleagues rely on GetTimely, which handles that kind of booking better and lets customers serve themselves. I'd love for Corsizio to offer more of that too.

Easy to use. I especially value the event cloning feature, which I use all the time since I run the same types of events regularly. Event add-ons are also really valuable to me — I use them a lot for equipment rentals or when a customer wants extra time.

Most of my work is pre-planned events that I set up and then sell to customers. Less of it is self-service booking of my time for flexible services, which GetTimely seems better suited to.

For event add-ons, I'd like a special type for extra time, with a unit price like I can set now, but that automatically pushes back the event's finish time when selected (for example, a basic session is 1.5 hours and the customer adds an hour of coaching, so the finish time extends automatically). Without this, I often have extra admin updating the finish time.

“Like finding a needle in a haystack!”
Honestly, if it weren't for Corsizio, we'd have needed to build a completely custom web application, probably for over $10,000. I hit a snag during setup with two different course catalogs (separated by division) embedded on one webpage, where the code was causing problems resizing the second window. A quick email to support got me easy steps for adjusting the embed code, and it worked perfectly. I was really impressed by the support team. Our teaching content lives on Kajabi and Mighty Networks, and I'm telling everyone I can about Corsizio and how it fixed so many of the headaches those platforms share.

What do we like MOST about Corsizio? The embeddable views, class size limits, the waitlist, coupons, early bird pricing, the information sent out through Zapier, and the CUSTOMER SERVICE. The online course platforms we use had registration processes that couldn't handle our limited class sizes. The features above were essential for us, and the few places that offered them were very expensive month to month. Corsizio's pricing gives us plenty of room to make sure we're hitting our numbers each month before any costs kick in.

Our old site needed an expensive database update, and we weren't in a position to do that during the pandemic. Moving to more ONLINE classes also meant a big overhaul of the public-facing parts of the site. Corsizio actually offers more (like early bird pricing) than our custom site ever did.

It took quite a while to fit it into our website so it looked its best and filtered classes the way we wanted, though I suspect that's down to the sheer number of options. Naturally, I have wishlist items like subscription payments (with one parent account able to manage several 'child' subscriptions). But NO ONE seems to offer that. Oh — and taking attendance on each separate day when an event uses non-consecutive dates. But those are tiny compared to everything it already offers.

I can see how many people are signed up for each workshop or webinar, and I have a record of everything I've run during the semester.

Creating an event and sharing the registration link is simple. I also like that it's free, since my events in education are free for students, staff, and faculty. Collecting feedback on my webinars is a nice bonus.

I think the layout could look a bit cleaner. Some pages feel busy, and I worry I'll overlook something. The way links are added to descriptions also feels outdated. I'd rather select some text and press a link button, the way Google and other tools work.

For our youth ministry, it's been exactly the right sign-up tool, and every one of our event sign-ups goes through Corsizio. It has improved our communication and made registering for events more accessible. We also love that people can see what's coming up along with all the sign-up details. It guides you through each step of building an event, and you can tailor it to your audience and area. I also like the automatic emails to participants.

For free events, it would be nice if people didn't see a $0 charge during registration at all. A mobile app for creating sign-ups while away from a computer would also help. We love that Corsizio is focused on education and training, so setting up all our scheduled programs has been very intuitive. It's easy to copy past programs and rebrand them as new ones. Getting around the dashboard is easy, and we can always find what we need. The financial reporting is clear, and refunds are easy. The built-in communication tools are helpful, and the automatic completion certificates save a lot of time. The time Corsizio saves me in my daily work keeps impressing me, and I'm so grateful for it!

“A solid platform for registering people in online classes”
Our organization offers free classes for community members on the skills and knowledge behind social justice movements. For class registration, Corsizio has been an extremely useful and well-made tool. I've used the Help section a lot and find it more helpful than most. I've also emailed support several times and been impressed by how quickly and helpfully they respond. The support staff have been great.

It's easy to use and fits seamlessly into our website. Our classes can be viewed as a list or a calendar, and clicking a title in the calendar opens the class details. Memos are a really handy feature, and the automatic emails you can customize are terrific too. More generally, I value how much of what goes out to people I can edit, such as titles (with no apparent character limit), trainer details and bios, dates, and times.

Adjusting settings for each of our different classes involves a lot of clicking around. Hiding all the pricing sections and information would also be nice, since our classes are free. File attachments on memos would also help. The feedback feature isn't very useful to us, and I'd love more control over it, including asking for short written evaluations.

At my music school, students can book term lessons and workshops on their own through Corsizio, so there's very little admin left for us. In one place, we can see registration numbers, collect deposits for term bookings, email everyone at once, check who's paid and who still has a balance, and keep every student's details together. The automatic reminders save me from chasing families one by one, and customers take care of the paperwork themselves instead of my team. Copying a course or term booking takes seconds, and our Corsizio pages look polished, are nicely organised, and are simple to use and adjust. We can jot down private notes on each student and tweak individual term fees when needed. The reports are simple and accurate, giving us a quick view of each course's revenue and outstanding payments. Thanks to Zapier, new registrations flow straight into our email database with no manual typing.

I can customise it for my business, it's easy to use, and it looks good online. The other options were too limited and geared toward one-off events rather than courses lasting three months. We also looked at My Music Staff, TryBooking, and Eventbrite.

As a mid-sized non-profit, we open enrollment for three or four programs every month, all through Corsizio, and we LOVE how easy it is. The forms are set up intuitively and are very easy to duplicate and edit for future events. Automatically sending reminders, payment requests, and requests for feedback saves us an enormous amount of time. That's by far my favorite feature. It works really well on phones, and we love that nobody has to create an account to register.

While we love that registrants don't have to create an account, we'd like that to be an option. For our actors who sign up for all of our programs, filling out the same information every time can get tedious. We'd also like a scrollable box for our liability waiver. The full wording fits, but it makes the form look very long.
