“Our art studio's experience”

Terrific — between the software and the support staff, every need we had has been met. Launching a new business came with plenty of challenges, but Corsizio was never one of them. Everyone at the company has been courteous and professional.

Most useful

It's very easy for our clients to sign up for art classes.

Why they chose Corsizio

It did what we needed for a fair price, and the pricing model appealed to us. The support team, the website, and the support FAQs all left a strong impression too.

Other comments

We love that the software collects our 5-star reviews. The one catch is that reviews left there don't count toward Google rankings. A link for leaving Google reviews as well would be great.

Rick D.

Marketing Director, Art Studio

Response from Corsizio

Thank you for the wonderful review, and congratulations on the new business! We're glad Corsizio was one less hurdle to worry about. We've noted your suggestion about linking to Google reviews.

4.4

“An excellent, affordable product with a great user experience”

Corsizio is an excellent online event registration app. Because you pay as you go, it suits organizations with seasonal events, and everyone else too. Its user experience is among the best we've tried.

Most useful

No monthly minimum — you only pay for what you use Quick to set up Attractive portal and registration pages Clear program and participant views Useful built-in documentation Friendly, responsive product support

Why they chose Corsizio

It was easier to use.

Other comments

The built-in help text needs more contrast with the field labels, since it sometimes crowds the setup pages and makes it hard to spot the field first. A calendar view for recurring sessions isn't supported, and the company says it isn't a focus for them. Group registration could benefit from a single payment (like a shopping cart).

Omar A.

Operations Manager, Non-Profit

Response from Corsizio

Thank you for the detailed review! We're glad pay-as-you-go pricing works well for your seasonal events. Your notes on the help text contrast, recurring sessions, and single payments for groups are really useful, and we've shared them with our team.

4.4

“A very good event booking tool with room to grow on payment methods”

Corsizio is a powerful tool for managing event bookings, and I like it a lot. With more payment methods, I'd recommend it to everyone.

Most useful

Setting up, cloning, and changing events is very simple. It has every function you need to manage your bookings and send information to participants.

Why they chose Corsizio

A recommendation from a friend, and a good experience while testing it.

Other comments

Sadly, it doesn't support PayPal or direct debit, the payment methods most people use in Germany, so checking and confirming payments all has to happen manually.

Tobias H.

Business Owner, Sports

Response from Corsizio

Thank you for the honest review! We're glad setting up and cloning events is simple for you. We understand how important local payment methods like direct debit are in Germany, and we've shared your feedback with our team.

5.0

“Our diving club's registration system”

It's absolutely wonderful! I can't praise enough how simple it is and how well it fits what we need.

Most useful

Learning Corsizio was very easy for me, and I pretty much taught myself. Whenever a question comes up, a quick email to the support team gets me a fast reply with exactly the information I was after. They're smart, kind, and incredibly helpful.

Why they chose Corsizio

Cost was the main reason we chose Corsizio, but being based in Ontario was a big bonus too. The other registration systems we researched were mostly American and very expensive, while Corsizio is local to our province and priced within reach! We had to find a new system after our previous provider went out of business six months into the pandemic. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise, since Corsizio is far easier for everyone and has cost us less. We also looked at Cogran, TeamSnap, and SignUpGenius.

Other comments

The only thing our organization could use that Corsizio doesn't have is a 'cart' for families signing up several kids for our classes.

Julie C.

Registrar, Diving Club

Response from Corsizio

Thank you for such a kind review! We're proud to be an Ontario company, and we're glad the switch turned out to be a blessing. We've noted your request for a cart so families can register several kids at once.

“Corsizio from both an admin's and a user's point of view”

An excellent product with excellent customer support.

Most useful

How easy it is, how customizable it is, and the support team.

Other comments

Options to show or hide custom fields based on certain criteria.

Dawit A.

Application Developer, Software

Response from Corsizio

Thank you for the review! We're glad the customization and support have been helpful. Showing or hiding custom fields based on criteria is a great suggestion, and we've added it to our notes.

“Our youth hockey program”

For both our management team and our members, this is the most user-friendly registration system we've come across.

Most useful

Setting up registration is a breeze, and both our management and members can keep track of registrations. Switching a member into a different program is simple. The payment options, the memo options — there's so much to like about this system.

Why they chose Corsizio

I chose Corsizio because it's easy to use and cost efficient.

Other comments

Only that I didn't discover it earlier.

Doug W.

Coordinator, Youth Hockey Program

Response from Corsizio

Thank you! We're glad it's working so well for both your management team and your members. Welcome to the Corsizio family!

5.0

“Corsizio has helped us grow”

As I mentioned, it's completely changed things for us. We love it!

Most useful

We're an events company, and we used to organise our events through our own website and occasionally Eventbrite. Our website had few features, so we'd export to Excel and build lists by hand. When our web developer recommended Corsizio, we were nervous, since tech isn't our strong suit! A short tutorial was all it took, since the system is so simple. We use it every day to run the 25 events we host each month and to stay in touch with the 1,000 to 1,500 people who attend. It's saved us a huge amount of time and money and made our communication seamless.

Why they chose Corsizio

It's better value and has more functionality.

Other comments

We'd love to set a quantity for each ticket option in an event, so with several tiers we could offer 10 of each instead of only capping the overall total. That's the only change we'd suggest.

Joanne F.

Director, Events Services

Response from Corsizio

Thank you for sharing this! Twenty-five events a month is a lot to manage, and we're glad Corsizio has made it easier. We've noted your request for quantities on each ticket option.

4.0

“Music classes”

Good, but a few things could be easier, like family enrolments or changing one detail across classes.

Most useful

Duplicating classes is easy, the interface is clean, and connecting the payment system was simple.

Why they chose Corsizio

It was easy to use and came recommended by a similar organisation. We switched for the ease of use and the cost.

Other comments

Siblings or other family members aren't linked, so the only way to find them is by searching their email address. And if you need to change one detail across classes, you have to open each one and do it by hand.

Kiara S.

Manager, Music School

Response from Corsizio

Thank you for the review! We're glad duplicating classes and setting up payments was simple. We've noted your feedback on linking family members and on changing details across several classes at once.

4.6

“Our thoughts on Corsizio”

All in all, we're big fans of both the software and the product support, and we've been very satisfied.

Most useful

Adding it to our website was simple, and it offers a lot of value for a small business that needs to take class registrations and keep track of them. The messages registrants receive are really well done — reminders, feedback requests, memos, and more.

Why they chose Corsizio

For all of the reasons mentioned above.

Other comments

There are some limits, such as not being able to set discounts for individual registrants. It's also limiting that parents enrolling more than one child have to enter each child separately rather than enrolling them all at once.

Maureen D.

Managing Director, Arts & Crafts

Response from Corsizio

Thank you! We're glad the reminders and memos are keeping your registrants well informed. We appreciate the feedback on individual discounts and on enrolling several children at once, and we've passed it along.

5.0

“An outstanding product with great technical support”

Our experience has been very positive, and I'd strongly recommend that groups take a serious look at this product for managing registrations, class sign-ups, and reports.

Most useful

How easily members can get to class and membership registration.

Why they chose Corsizio

We compared a few other products, and Corsizio won on ease of use and cost.

Other comments

I really haven't found anything I dislike. The tech staff are very responsive, we can create filtered reports to track registration and member details, and members can register easily. It fits our needs in every way.

Judy H.

Club President, Arts Club

Response from Corsizio

Thank you for such a strong recommendation! We're glad the filtered reports and easy member registration are serving your club well.

5.0

“An excellent sign-up tool for our non-profit”

Easy to use and intuitive. We can customize messages, export student registration lists, and schedule automatic emails. Good price.

Why they chose Corsizio

Cost, ease of use, and features that fit our specific needs. The tool we used before wasn't really built for what we do, while Corsizio is aimed right at the tasks we need.

Other comments

We're only just getting started, so we haven't tried most of the features yet. I'm not sure whether documents can be attached to memos.

Marge T.

Class Coordinator, Education Non-Profit

Response from Corsizio

Thank you, and welcome aboard! We're glad it's already a good fit for your non-profit. If you have questions about memos or anything else as you get started, our support team is always happy to help.

4.0

“Great features, but a bit complex”

There are lots of competitors now, and it may be time for us to reassess. To do that, we have to decide which features matter most: 1. How easy registration is (particularly when signing up for several classes) 2. Being able to send course reminders 3. How easy it is to set up 4. Letting people choose how to attend a course (on site, over Zoom, or by recording) without setting it up three times

Most useful

Being able to send reminders for specific course events.

Why they chose Corsizio

Our old payment system was designed for non-profits, but people found it anything but easy, and it had none of Corsizio's functionality.

Other comments

Customers don't like registering separately for each course (versus a shopping cart that shows a running total and lets them check out ONCE). Collecting street addresses has been a bit of a problem, since some people can't find their address. Some would rather pay with PayPal. With this much functionality comes the need for more quality checking.

Carol R.

Board President, Lifelong Learning

Response from Corsizio

Thank you for the thoughtful review! We're glad course reminders have been helpful for your program. Your list of priorities is very useful to us, and we've shared your feedback on multi-class registration and attendance options with the team.

5.0

“The right tool for what we need now”

Overall, we're very happy with the product. Our staff and outside users both find it easy, and it looks great.

Most useful

Corsizio was simple to set up and customize for our needs. The experience for end users is great.

Why they chose Corsizio

Ease of use and the visual experience.

Other comments

I'd like to offer courses that are on demand, booked by appointment, or hybrid, and to auto-generate certificates when on-demand content is completed. That said, we're using some workarounds, and I knew from the start that Corsizio wasn't built for these at the point of sale.

Alison B.

Senior Director of Customer Experience, Pharmaceuticals

Response from Corsizio

Thank you for the review! We're glad your users enjoy the experience and that the setup was simple. We appreciate the feedback on on-demand and hybrid courses, and we've shared it with our team.

5.0

“A system that works beautifully for us”

We run a music school for children and handle every class registration through Corsizio. Switching to an affordable, easy online system with built-in card payments has completely changed how we manage registration. It's cut out slow, error-prone manual admin and let us grow the school while keeping registration simple and easy to manage.

Most useful

Over the few years we've used it, the simple, intuitive interface has always stood out. Even as new features arrive, the screens stay uncluttered, and both our admins and customers find it simple. A new admin I brought on recently needed almost no training because it's so intuitive. On top of that, the support team is excellent and answers quickly.

Why they chose Corsizio

We picked Corsizio because it was affordable, fully online, with quick and simple payment integration, and it had a clean, simple interface that non-technical users could handle.

Other comments

Every event seems to need its own separate registration. It would be nice if people could sign up once and then pick the events or classes they want, rather than registering all over again each time.

Holly T.

School Administrator, Music School

Response from Corsizio

Thank you for the lovely review! We're glad Corsizio helped your music school grow while keeping registration simple. We've noted your idea of registering once and then picking classes.

4.8

“So much software for so little cost”

Our business teaches motorcycle riding and leads tours, both at home and abroad. Our classes last two days in the U.S. and one day elsewhere, and our tours overseas run for 12 days. Our students include Americans as well as people from dozens of other countries, and Corsizio is remarkably easy to use, and every class or tour can be tailored right down to the finest detail.

Most useful

1. Corsizio gives you so many ways to customize, and the range of options really impresses me. Almost anything can be tailored, including access codes, custom add-ons, and the dates a class opens or closes for registration. We run several kinds of classes and can shape each one exactly the way we want. 2. During our most recent tour, I used my phone to sign into Corsizio and add hotel charges to participants' accounts. When the tour wrapped up, participants simply logged in and paid the outstanding balance by card. It was easy for us and very simple for them.

Why they chose Corsizio

Mainly the price, and the reviews.

Other comments

My main issues with Corsizio are these: 1. Our tours cost over $6,000 each, and people pay a small deposit to hold their spot. Corsizio doesn't allow for several smaller payments, so the balance has to be paid all at once, which is hard for many people. Because our participants are international, mailing us checks for smaller amounts isn't an option. 2. The main photo is very large, and the page prospective students see is less attractive than other software I've used. 3. Participants can't move themselves to another class. I want them to control their own registration, so I have that option switched on (a big plus of this software). But without self-transfers, they cancel, sign up for another class, pay a new deposit, and then ask me to move their old deposit across. I can only move the registration, not the deposit, so the same person ends up registered twice in one class with two deposits. I cancel one and record a manual payment, but it gets messy. 4. Accepting a different currency requires a separate account. With international students on our tours, that makes it hard to collect payments for a single tour.

Rebecca T.

Developer, Motorcycle Education & Tours

Response from Corsizio

Thank you for the detailed review! It's great to hear you could add tour charges right from your phone and have participants pay them easily. Your points on installment payments, self-transfers, and multiple currencies are really clear, and we've shared them with our team.

“Excellence by design”

Intuitive and effective where it counts.

Most useful

How easy it is to customize and use makes running and delivering our program simple… and first class!

Why they chose Corsizio

Our IT team recommended it after our previous provider shut down.

Other comments

Using the browser's back button to return to the previous page logs me out, so I have to sign in again.

Neil W.

CEO, Education

Response from Corsizio

Thank you for the review! We're glad customization makes delivering your program simple. Sorry about being signed out when going back, and please let our support team know if it happens again so we can look into it.

“A game changer”

It was love at first sight. :) I was learning about CRMs and looking for a better way to handle my registrations, and Corsizio was the one that caught my eye. From the first day, I kept discovering new things I could do with it — every feature was exactly what I needed.

Most useful

Corsizio makes registration, payment, and rosters super easy. Getting around is effortless, and I can find what I need quickly. It looks professional, and my business is better because of it. I'm head over heels for this software!

Why they chose Corsizio

Years ago, I was working through a list of reviewed software options. What struck me first was the price — it was incredibly affordable. With nothing to lose, I gave it a try, and I was hooked. Every feature made sense to me, and my work became smooth and fun!

Other comments

There's little to mention. On the rare occasion I hit a snag or want another feature, tech support is responsive and courteous.

Stacey G.

CEO, Education

Response from Corsizio

Thank you for such a heartfelt review! We love that Corsizio has made your work smooth and fun. It's been a pleasure having you with us all these years.

4.4

“Highly recommend!”

I like how easy it is to clone an event.

Other comments

Not much customization is allowed. Customers can also find the required event date range confusing.

Paige C.

Operations Manager, E-Learning

Response from Corsizio

Thank you for the recommendation! We're glad cloning events is easy. We appreciate the feedback on customization and on how the event date range is shown to customers.

5.0

“A fantastic tool for online courses — highly recommended!”

A great tool. Thanks for making it!

Most useful

How easy it is to use, and the interface. It lets us publish our classes easily.

Why they chose Corsizio

The design and ease of use, plus the functionality.

Other comments

Nothing at all. It works easily and very effectively.

Becky A.

Production Coordinator, Non-Profit

Response from Corsizio

You're very welcome, and thank you for the review! We're glad publishing your classes has been so easy.

4.0

“Our sports club”

Once we adjusted a few of our own habits, it covers what we need.

Most useful

It integrates with our website for smooth bookings, which lets us manage the numbers attending each session. We can also check people in online.

Other comments

There's a cap on free bookings, and then a fixed fee after that rather than a percentage of the price.

Ian B.

Coach, Sports Club

Response from Corsizio

Thank you for the review! We're glad online check-in and website bookings help you manage your sessions. We appreciate the feedback on our pricing model.

5.0

“Great, intuitive, all-round product”

Overall, Corsizio is great. It covers what we need without getting overly complex. The pricing is also very favourable for us, since charges only apply once monthly registrations pass a set threshold.

Most useful

It was very easy to implement, and we integrated it into our website without any coding. It looked attractive to our clients right away, including on mobile phones. Bookings are neatly recorded per event, and each event can have its own custom registration fields, which is very useful for us.

Other comments

Reporting is a bit limited. I haven't found any way to have summaries emailed to stakeholders automatically.

Joost H.

IT Manager, Health & Wellness

Response from Corsizio

Thank you for the review! We're glad the integration went smoothly without any coding, and that it looks great on mobile. We've noted your interest in automatic report summaries for stakeholders.

5.0

“Love Corsizio!”

It supports everything we need, and the customer service is excellent!

Most useful

I love all the features. It's intuitive and simple to learn.

Other comments

I haven't found a feature I don't like yet.

Donna K.

Bookkeeper, Non-Profit

Response from Corsizio

Thank you so much! We're thrilled it covers everything your organization needs.

4.3

“Good for registration and managing course rosters”

Simple, friendly software that runs online in the cloud.

Other comments

My team didn't find it easy or intuitive to run reports with specific criteria.

Tracy M.

Assistant Executive Director, Non-Profit

Response from Corsizio

Thank you for the feedback! Sorry to hear running reports with specific criteria has been tricky for your team. Our support team would be glad to walk you through it.

4.6

“Light, simple, efficient, and free of glitches”

What I like most is how simple it is and how cleanly it's built. The interface just makes sense, which you can't say about many other platforms.

Most useful

I love how well it runs — no freezing, no crashes, just fast and efficient. The integration is great, and nobody beats their customer service. My associate teachers also get along with it really well: they create their own courses and picked it up very quickly, which says a lot about the design.

Why they chose Corsizio

Price, for sure (we're small), and because most other platforms focus on drop-in classes or private appointments, with limited features for 'courses' where people commit for two to four months. Our setup works more like a school, with a program that builds over time, and that's less common in wellness and fitness, so multi-week registration is underdeveloped elsewhere unless you go with dance-specific software. We also looked at Mindbody and WellnessLiving.

Other comments

I'd love multi-course registration, so students could sign up once for several courses instead of registering each time. Now that we offer hybrid classes (online and in the studio simultaneously), capacity per ticket type within an event would help a lot. When sending memos, it would also help to see who bought which ticket type, so that, for example, recordings go only to people who paid extra for them. Discounts for one person taking multiple courses would also be great.

Lucia O.

Director, Movement & Wellness School

Response from Corsizio

Thank you for the thoughtful review! We're glad Corsizio suits your course-based programs and that your associate teachers picked it up so quickly. Your ideas around multi-course registration, capacity per ticket type, and memos by ticket type are really helpful, and we've shared them with our team.

5.0

“An excellent product”

In my view, good software should be both useful and enjoyable to use. Corsizio manages both.

Most useful

I spent about six months hunting for a replacement for Squarespace's Acuity and tried nearly 60 options before choosing Corsizio, for a few reasons: 1. I can offer services and courses under several businesses rather than just one. 2. Setup is easy, with excellent help through the library and by message or email. 3. It was inexpensive to start, which mattered since I wanted to begin on a small budget. 4. I can easily bundle class days together as a package. I've used Squarespace for 12 years, and Acuity is a nightmare.

Why they chose Corsizio

We moved over from Acuity Scheduling.

Other comments

A few small things I've noticed: 1. I can't upload images to courses, although adding an image URL is fairly easy. 2. I can't change the size of the course banner image. It's fine as is, but it would be nice to adjust. 3. I can't add a logo to the booking page header.

Ravi A.

Director, E-Learning

Response from Corsizio

Thank you for choosing Corsizio after such a thorough search! We're glad being able to run several businesses and group class days together fits your needs. We've noted your feedback on images, banner sizing, and adding a logo to the booking page.

4.5

“Our review”

Easy for end users and simple to configure.

Other comments

There's no direct integration with Microsoft Teams for adding meeting links.

Sheila W.

Application Support Analyst, Non-Profit

Response from Corsizio

Thank you for the review! We're glad it's simple for both your end users and your admins. We've noted your interest in a Microsoft Teams integration.

4.8

“Excellent for planning events during COVID”

An excellent product, and we'll keep using it.

Most useful

We could limit how many people register for each event.

Other comments

Exporting the information was a bit complicated to understand.

Joyce D.

Secretary & Treasurer, Agricultural Association

Response from Corsizio

Thank you for the review! We're glad the registration limits helped you plan your events. If exporting ever feels confusing, our support team is happy to walk you through it.

4.3

“Training a large group of internal users”

Overall, the tool worked well for free internal training. It's easy to register for and to track attendees. As mentioned, we'd like to see the features below added in the future — adding events to a calendar with the relevant details is standard for this type of software.

Most useful

Configuring and using the product was easy. It has all the key features and supports both free and paid courses. You can add your own branding. It has most of what you'd expect from this kind of software. We prefer that our data is stored in Canada.

Why they chose Corsizio

It was fast to get running. With other products, we'd have needed longer to work out what was required and configure it in a tight timeframe. We also looked at Webex, Microsoft Bookings, BookioPro, and GoTo Meeting.

Other comments

There's no connection to video meeting tools such as Zoom or Teams. The calendar file for adding an event (Outlook and .ics for us) falls short, since it can't carry the meeting link or agenda details. There's also no way to print the agenda. The text editors are basic and need HTML for formatting.

Vesna P.

Manager, IS Service Delivery, Non-Profit

Response from Corsizio

Thank you for the detailed review! We're glad it was quick to set up for your internal training, and that storing data in Canada suits your needs. We've shared your feedback on video meeting integrations, calendar details, and text formatting with our team.

4.8

“Great software”

All in all, getting up and running was very easy, and everything looks and feels professional. It's also much faster than Eventbrite, which I love.

Most useful

After moving over from Eventbrite, I'm really enjoying Corsizio. New events are quicker to create, and existing ones are easier to manage. I like that Zapier links it to my CRM.

Why they chose Corsizio

Eventbrite was too slow.

Other comments

I don't like that Corsizio won't let me pass ticket fees on to buyers. I could raise my course price to cover them, but then people just see a higher price. Showing fees as a separate line on the buyer's receipt would save me thousands of dollars a year. I also miss affiliate marketing features, and the course registration page could use a few small interface tweaks. It would be great if Corsizio worked with Affirm or a similar service so students could pay over time. Eventbrite once had an Affirm option but replaced it with PayPal, which isn't as good.

Shaun P.

Principal Consultant & Agile Trainer

Response from Corsizio

Thank you for the great review! We're glad setting up and managing events is faster for you now. We appreciate the detailed feedback on passing fees to buyers, affiliate marketing, and pay-over-time options, and we've shared it with our team.

5.0

“The best event registration software out there”

The team has built a polished, streamlined, feature-rich product. It's constantly updated with well-built, carefully considered features and interface improvements. The support team responds quickly and is extremely helpful.

Most useful

It's easy to use on both the admin side and the customer side. The focus is on simplicity while still offering loads of features that make back-end management and the customer experience excellent.

Other comments

That we didn't find it sooner in our search for event software.

Simon F.

Owner, Arts Studio

Response from Corsizio

Thank you for the wonderful words! It means a lot that the care we put into each update shows. We're so glad you found us.
