“The best affordable registration platform that's also flexible and customizable”
All things considered, with how affordable, flexible, and customizable Corsizio is, it ticks more of our boxes than any other platform. Other platforms may cover a few things Corsizio doesn't, but it isn't missing anything we actually need — some things are just done in an unusual or less typical way. Being an administrator may call for someone a bit more comfortable with apps and platforms, but it's easy enough for anyone registering to learn and use.

First, there's a fee-free tier for processing a small number of registrations each month. Second, support replies very quickly and is genuinely helpful. We also love that the platform keeps getting upgrades, so it becomes more useful over time. The global settings are highly customizable, and we can build our own fields as well as confirmation and reminder memos. We also needed registration to live inside our own website, so people wouldn't be sent to another platform and wander away from our site. Corsizio handles this, with several customizable options. Lastly, giving each team member their own login and permissions is a big plus, since our staff need event access for different reasons and we don't want everyone sharing one login. The Stripe integration, which supports the same team member setup, is another positive.

Compared to Eventbrite, which we used before, it's more affordable and has more features, faster support responses, up-to-date help articles, quicker page loads, Stripe integration, and the ability to embed registration in our own website rather than redirecting people.

We like some of the formatting options in memos, but they feel quite limited and a bit glitchy. We'd love fuller formatting options that are easier to use. For example, it would be very helpful to upload images instead of linking to a URL, and to have more flexibility in placing and resizing images alongside text in a memo.

“A platform we truly love”
Easy to use, accessible pricing, LOTS of helpful features, and a simple integration.
Why they chose Corsizio
Corsizio had more features and fair pricing. As a non-profit with a tight budget, finding Corsizio has been a huge relief! We also looked at Eventbrite.

When we embed it on our website, I'd like the option to show only the calendar view, without the event cards underneath. We offer many of the same classes several times a day, and seeing each one stacked below the other looks a bit clunky. I asked customer service whether this was possible, and they got back to me quickly and helpfully — so I'm still a happy customer! Just an idea for the future.

We like that it sends notifications when classes are about to start and when they end, and we've had great feedback about them. “A big upgrade with very little effort”

For some courses that repeat, I'd like to send the same messages week after week, which isn't possible right now. Being able to generate invoices would also be wonderful.

Corsizio's registration forms can't be capped by gender. We wanted 40 girls and 40 boys at our event, so we had to create two separate registration forms to make sure we didn't end up with too many of one.

For a small language school like ours, it's been a budget-friendly way to simplify class registration. Corsizio lets us publish class schedules, take sign-ups, and handle payments online.

It charges for adding people to the waiting list. It shouldn't charge until they're confirmed in a class. Because of that, I switched off the waiting list feature.

“A wonderful website — I really love it”
Setting up events is really easy, and I love that I can bulk clone a weekly class in one go. I use it to schedule my yoga classes, and my clients and I are both very happy with the service.

Honestly, there's nothing I dislike, except that I can't link my local bank account for online payments. Since I'm based in the British Virgin Islands, I know banking outside the USA is complicated.

“Honestly, it's hard to find anything negative”
We rely on Corsizio for professional development courses and for a unique student pipeline that requires two separate catalogs. Keeping the two apart worked wonderfully. Many of our 'uh oh' moments along the way were quickly solved by the feature set, like custom registration fields. The biggest win for us is using the API to feed data back into our internal systems, which was simple to set up as well. I hope it keeps improving, but it's already very solid at a more than fair price.

The setup went smoothly, the API is simple to work with, and our less technical users have no trouble registering. Our admins have also shared great feedback — we were lucky to stumble onto this solution.

Corsizio had a more attractive price, performed better, and came with a far less pushy sales process (honestly not pushy at all, since we've hardly spoken with their team). So far, I'm pleased. We also looked at Learning Stream, CourseStorm, and Regpack.

It's hard to find anything to complain about, but two small things come to mind. First, registration isn't really a shopping cart experience, so people tend to register one at a time. It's not a dealbreaker for us, but it would be nice. Second, onboarding was almost non-existent. There's no account rep or success manager, and no one has ever checked in on how we use the system, so it feels impersonal. As an IT person, that suits me fine — I care that it works, not about vendor relationships — but a bit of guidance could have helped once or twice, and it struck me as unusual.

Within ten minutes of using it, I already felt comfortable. It's very easy to get around, the pages are clearly labeled, and it's obvious where everything is kept. I'd highly recommend it to anyone in education who needs to register lots of students.

Working with Corsizio is easy. I especially like the reports showing class registrations and how many people attend. Another great feature is the feedback participants send after a class, which helps us evaluate our programs.

In 2020, when other senior centers closed their doors because of the pandemic, ours moved to online classes, with Corsizio handling every online registration. Our seniors took to it easily and loved being able to connect virtually. Corsizio truly saved the day, helping us stay in touch with our clients and keeping them engaged while they stayed home.

Good. There are some nice features, but we're still missing a few we'd really like. We haven't yet found our 'unicorn' booking system that does everything we need.

Once a course is cloned, the copy isn't linked to the original, so there's no way to make changes to them in bulk. For example, changing some wording in the confirmation email means editing each course individually, and we plan the whole year ahead.

At first, we moved over from Excel and a custom plug-in on our website, and Corsizio is a huge step up for managing registrations. We still rely on GoTo Webinar (more often, actually), since it hosts virtual events directly and syncs with our database, which is where Corsizio's event management falls short. But for any in-person event, Corsizio is our clear favorite.

I'm sure there are many more features that could streamline my communication with students, but as someone who's not very tech minded, I'm just thrilled to have gotten this far with Corsizio. I'll add more conveniences over time.

CourseStorm was taking a large share of our class income (7%), which is huge for a non-profit. Corsizio only charges up to $1.10 per registration (plus a small card processing fee from Stripe). Corsizio's interface is modern and clean, and the settings are easy to locate. Nearly everything can be customized.

I'd like a weekly recurring class to appear on the calendar as individual sessions people can drop into, without turning each one into a completely separate class. A way for people to pick a lesson slot when a 'class' offers a window of possible times would also be great. And it would be nice for system emails to come from our own address, which would help keep them out of students' spam folders.

The budget, and our need for multiple users. The switch wasn't my decision, and I liked a lot of what Cvent offered for multi-session events, automatic emails, registrant lists, and more. Cvent was great, and I hope Corsizio adds some similar features.

“The perfect training registration platform for a franchise system”
Digging into the platform and working out how to set it up for us took some time at the start. The dashboard is very friendly and simple to configure. Later on, we began using the built-in payment option to streamline things further. The automated reporting and registration management are wonderful and have saved us huge amounts of time and effort.

Our franchise system called for an easy online way to handle registration and payment for a large number of internal trainings and events. The LMS platforms we reviewed either couldn't do what we needed or cost far more than made sense. Once we turned our search toward event registration platforms, we found Corsizio. The low price is what first caught our attention, but after more than two years, we're still impressed by what it can do and how easy it is. Today, every internal training registration, payment, trainee message, and record across our entire franchise runs through Corsizio. I'd recommend it to companies of any size.
Why they chose Corsizio
In the end, it came down to cost. Corsizio let us try it and use it for free up to a set number of registrations per month, which suited our budget as a growing brand. It also gave us all the time we needed to learn it and configure it before any 'free trial' ran out, unlike many other platforms. We also looked at GoSignMeUp, Enrollware, Configio, SmartRec, Arlo, CourseStorm, and Regpack.

It covers just about every function we need. The only challenge was the initial setup and configuration. It took a while to learn how everything worked and set it up for our needs, but that's normal with any new platform, and it was nice to have unlimited free access while we worked it out.
